New Life, New Year
In July we began a new Thrive community with young men and women in their late teens. This is the youngest group we’ve had so far & we have really been enjoying it! Over the past five months we’ve been meeting for Bible Studies, hanging out in the cafe, studying together and getting to know each other on a deeper level. We had a retreat in October and kicked off a series on “Salvation.” In the beginning of December, seven of our your Thrivers made the decision that they were ready to commit their lives to Christ. On December 5th, 2019, they were buried in Christ and raised to walk in the newness of life!
Please say a prayer for your new brothers in Christ and for those who still need to make the decision for themselves!
Announcing Plan for a New Mission Center:
Due to the growth of our current ministries and increase in opportunities for new programs, we have outgrown our current space and have found need for our own location. We have found the perfect property for 3 Measures’ mission center. The two story building has been well cared for and is move in ready. It has the perfect space for Hope Cafe, ten rooms, a separate free standing studio apartment and a large outdoor/parking area.
This building would give us plenty of room for the expansion of our current programs, beginning of new opportunities that have already presented themselves and for future growth.
